We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join us to find the best team members in fast-moving CLO Virtual Fashion.

To succeed in our mission, we look forward to you who can maintain awareness of recruitment standards, industry trends, and winning practices of Employee Experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
- Organizing and attending recruitment events such as job fair, job seminar, and campus recruiting to improve recruitment branding of CLO
- Contributing to the development of the company’s global Employee Experience strategy.
- Creating, developing and managing an innovative and creative employee experience yearly plan to always stay ahead of the market and be able to scale it as we grow
- Collaborating with many different teams to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar background in a broad range of human resources roles, including experience in program design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate one’s intentions in words and documentation
- Willingness and ability to be involved in hands-on execution of existing and new programs
- Fluent in English and German / Proficiency in Korean will be plus

**Plus if you have**:

- Familiar with the ecosystem by working for a fast-growing startup or IT company
- Experience in global HRIS systems or HR tools (Ascentis, BambooHR, Justworks, Oracle, etc.)
