As a central unit, Rhenus Assets & Services serves the decentralized business units as an internal enabler for all commercial matters. Global standards are set to ensure that the Rhenus Group is well positioned and optimally supported. As Director (f/m/d) Global HR Warehousing, you will shape and strengthen the global HR organization within the Warehousing Division of the Rhenus Group. **What you can expect**: - As part of the management team, you will be responsible for all HR topics within the Warehousing division and lead all global and regional HR matrix functions of the Warehousing division. - You will create corporate policies that align with our business objectives and ensure that all HR activities comply with legal standards. - You will standardize processes, systems and guidelines to reduce risks and to ensure compliance. - You use data and analyses to gain insights into global trends in employee turnover, employee engagement, etc. - As a member of the "HR Board Rhenus Group", you will be actively involved in the further development of the HR strategy of the Rhenus Group and in Group-wide projects, working closely with the heads of all other divisions and business units. - You will support the performance management cycle by providing advice and coaching in the areas of goal setting, mid-year feedback, annual performance review and compensation planning. **What you bring**: - You have at least 8 - 10 years of professional experience in different HR functions within global companies; Ideally in a logistics environment and you are an experienced leader, with management responsibility for larger teams. - You have successfully developed and implemented a sustainable/innovative HR strategy as well as organizational development projects in an international environment. - In addition, you have experience in managing complex project topics, even without direct management responsibility, take responsibility and make decisions, even under uncertain conditions. - You foster collaboration and work in a trusting and constructive manner with others - even beyond national, cultural and continental borders. - You are able to inspire people and to make them enthusiastic about topics and tasks, provide trust and foster motivation by providing an empowering and trusting environment. - Last but not least you have a strong hands-on attitude and service mentality. **You can look forward to**: - diverse scope of action - flat hierarchies - flexible working times - international team / network - quick decision processes - turning your ideas into action Regardless of the text and images on this website, we emphasize that all people are equally welcome at the Rhenus Group. **Contact**: Rhenus Assets & Services GmbH & Co.
