Our Learning Innovation Lab team is looking for a

**Student Assistant**

(M/F/x, up to 10h/week, to start May-June for a year)

**You will**:
Provide assistance with various projects that contribute to the development of digital learning offerings as well as the overall operations of the Lab. As Learning Innovation Lab Student Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with the Learning Innovation Lab Team on:

- Facilitating the transfer and rebuilding content from the current platform to the new LMS
- Cataloguing, troubleshooting, and suggesting resolutions for issues arising during migration
- Collaborating with the LMS team to test and integrate third-party tools (e.g., content libraries, authoring tools, assessment platforms)
- Learning the mechanics of the school’s learning platform to support with technology checks
- Synthesizing data related to course, program, and platform evaluations
- Offering ongoing user support through drop-in sessions and post-migration assistance to address questions and technical issues
- Updating or improving project or design documentation
- Completing administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed within scope and schedule
- Being on the lookout for opportunities for improvements and suggesting new efficient procedures

**You are qualified for this position, because you**:

- Are enrolled in a master´s study program for at least one more year
- Are interested and enthusiastic about the use of technology in education
- Pay very close attention to detail
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Have excellent time management and solid organizational skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Have excellent communication skills in English (oral and in writing)
- Ability to work independently, think strategically and analytically
- Are based in Berlin
