For our Controlling Sales & Marketing LPS department within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH, we are currently looking for a Controlling Analytics Professional (x|f|m) based in Goettingen with immediate effect. In this role, you will use real time reporting / BI functionalities to analyze multidimensional performance and implement systems and processes that empower the organization to perform. The team consists of six professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This is a full-time and hybrid position that combines on-site presence at our headquarters in Goettingen with the flexibility to work remotely. **Grow with us - Your Responsibilities** - Developing and maintaining value-adding dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support the execution of our strategy and growth vision - Reporting performance on key sales, marketing, and finance metrics - Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities and providing proactive, actionable recommendations to our management - Working collaboratively with other teams and functions to ‘simplifying progress’ in reporting - Challenging the status quo and identifying optimization strategies to improve efficiency. Finding a balance between business requirements and technical capabilities to fulfill the requirements in the best possible way - Analyzing larger data sets, such as SAP ERP, BW, HANA, Snowflake and CRM - Promoting data-driven decision-making processes and a focus on automation and delivering simple and impactful solutions **What**will convince us** - Successfully completed academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent - Relevant professional experience in the field of Finance and Controlling, Business Analytics, or equivalent - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights - Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau), SAP (Business Warehouse) and MS-Office (especially Excel) - Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively, a customer-first mindset, holistic thinking, team player and a high level of self-motivation and drive - Fluency in English rounds off your profile.
