**Location**:Belgrade**Job description**:

- Truly enjoys creating a safe and joyful environment for the team
- Assists with organizing events for organization
- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders and answering calls
- Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
- Interacts with colleagues, visitors, and vendors and covers reception upon occasion
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
- First point of contact related to all office/asset management (reporting issues etc.)
- Communication and cooperation with relevant sectors of parent company

**Qualification**:

- Upbeat and optimistic, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every task
- Fluent in English
- IV level of education
- German knowledge is advantage
- Experience with well-being initiatives and Health and safety procedures would be considered as a plus
