In our Communication team, you take responsibility for creating content, contribute your knowledge from previous work experience and manage your area of responsibility and the associated processes independently.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

- Help others to tell their story, explain processes, and provide visibility, and also manage and execute employee engagement programs and events
- Strategically develop and implement communication plans to engage employees and drive understanding of corporate and HR initiatives
- Contact person and storyteller for departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with company values and objectives
- Analyze communication metrics and adjust plans accordingly. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications

To be prepared for your journey as Communications Specialist, you should bring the following qualifications with you:

- **Studies **in an economic field with a focus on communication and a minimumof of 2** **years working experience in the field of corporate content or a related field, ideally within a communications agency
- **Passion **for storytelling and a distinctive ability to translate complex issues into simple and clearly structured messages
- **Expertise** in graphic design as well as advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign
- **Your working method** is characterized by creativity, a hands-on mentality and teamwork

- **Start**: by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month
- **Working hours**: full-time (40h)
