Hotel Operation Assistant

To strengthen our team we are looking at our headquarters in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
**_Hotel Operation Assistant (M/F/d)_**:
**_The area of responsibility includes:_**:

- Support the creation of sales-promoting measures in all outlets on the ships: restaurant, bar, shop, lounge, reception
- Contact person and clerk for the assigned ships
- Support the development of new and revision of existing F&B concepts and their operational implementation
- Control of implemented concepts on the ships
- Contact for key positions on board
- Development of F&B and Hotel controlling
- Support of the Head of Hotel Operation with budgeting, planning and projects
- Support of the team in the selection of suppliers and tenders
- Contact for suppliers and service providers
- Close cooperation with the Hotel Operation Managers of the respective ships

- Catering / hotel-related training
- Hands-on mentality

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of English
- Readiness to travel
