Your Responsibilities
- As a working student (M/F/d), you support the team in daily tasks such as data analysis, workflow development, maintenance of processes and guidelines, communication, SharePoint page updates, and data visualization
- You create management reports using compliance software, assist with risk assessments of healthcare professional engagements, and analyze data related to transfers of value
- You support the healthcare aggregate spend disclosure process by working with financial data and ensuring compliance with EMEA regulations for the medical device industry and GDPR requirements
- You assist with information and file management
- You support the team in its day-to-day business, including administrative tasks

Your qualification
- You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree program with an IT or economic focus
- You possess very good skills in MS Office, Power Automate, SharePoint, advanced Excel (including VBA), and Power BI
- You have excellent English skills and strong communication abilities
- You are a team player
- This position requires 40% on-site presence at our Hamburg office; therefore, residence in the Hamburg area is desirable
