**What you'll do**
- Be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of various positions, ranging from Sales and Operations to UX/UI, Product and Marketing.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, using online channels, professional networks, and employer branding initiatives
- Manage the offer process, and foster long-term relationships with potential and existing talent
- Participate in and lead various projects, such as recruiting fairs, diversity initiatives, tool implementations or other TA-related projects
- Prepare and present regular reports and analytics on the recruiting activities, outcomes, and challenges

**What you should bring**
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business studies or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (our ATS is Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- A creative and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in English and German (Must-have); Italian or Dutch are a plus.
