Then be part of our ongoing success story and drive our B2B merchant business to the next level As **VP Europe B2B Sales Strategy and Merchant Solutions (f/m/x)** you take over full responsibility for a superior merchant experience on Europe’s largest wholesale platform for used cars.
In this role, you are part of our top 20 European management.

**Your new role**
- The VP role centrally owns our B2B Sales activities on the European headquarters level and is responsible to grow the Merchant business both topline as well as bottom line, ie, total units traded and overall profitability
- You handle all merchant-related processes and have a direct impact on our financial result, as well as on the success and satisfaction of our merchants
- Further develop, improve and innovate customer-centric solutions for merchants in close collaboration with all relevant departments and teams - in particular, but not limited to, Marketing, Product & Tech, Operations, Logistics, Remarketing, and Finance.
- Position yourself as the advocate of our merchant experience by running our business and all of its products comprehensively
- Optimize our processes and increase our efficiency by controlling relevant KPIs
- Work hand in hand with our international leadership team to achieve our mission, and report directly to our SVP Sales & Operations at our European headquarters in Berlin
**Your skills**
- You studied at a top international university with a background in mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, business, economics, finance - or similar
- You have gathered relevant experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, in a high growth start-up and / or in a maximum customer centric sales environment
- You command strong analytical skills, are a passionate problem solver and fast decision maker
- You live independent and responsible project management and breathe a highly motivated team player attitude while being a true leader who drives ahead
- You master excellent verbal and written communication in English, while German is a plus
