**Your mission**:
Are you looking for a new home? Our 2-person design team is growing. To thrive in this role, you’ll need some basic design experience under your belt, as well as the passion and flexibility to learn new skills. We’re looking for someone who is excited about collaborating with us to improve our product and help build-up our new brand. The working student should have a basic understanding of all core UX design activities like, researching, ideating, workshopping, prototyping, and testing, as well as some skill in the area of visual design.

**Your responsibilities**
- Collaborate with and support our product team in designing products that you feel genuinely proud of
- Support the design team in creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering and other business partners to arrive at the best possible designs
- Collabroate with the Marketing and Business Developement teams to produce visual material that supports our new brand

**Your profile**:
**Must-haves**
- An ongoing degree in a graphical institution, UX design or visua deisng program
- An understanding of UX/UI Design principles and methodologies
- An understanding of design thinking and digital product developement processes
- Some examples of your work that display your strengths in UX Design visual design
- Basic experience prototyping and producing high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or a similar tool (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or other Adobe creative cloud products
- The ability to translate stakeholder goals and basic user research simple UIs
- Good communication skills, and the ability to deliver compelling design rationales
- Fluent in English

**Nice to-haves**
Any additional skills in branding, marketing, illustration, animation, video editing, and front-end development are a bonus
