Working student or thesis in the area of UI/UX fronted design (M/F/d)

**Your tasks**:

- We don't see you as a student, but as an entrepreneur. That's why we expect you to make decisions and set the direction of our tool's UI/UX design.
- Planning and conducting UX workshops as well as feedback sessions with our users.
- Close cooperation with colleagues from product management as well as the development team.
- Familiarity with React and Javascript is optional, but not a must.
- Leadership qualities: You inspire the team and radiate initiative that infects and carries others along.

**Your profile**:

- Previous work experience in a startup or other high performance work environment.
- Field of study is one of these two:

- computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering (or comparable)
- business administration, economics (or comparable)
- You have one skill from these two:

- Proven JavaScript skills through university projects and/or internships. Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus. Fundamental knowledge of React, NodeJS, MariaDB.
- Knowledge in business models, startups, and innovation.
- Strong growth mindset and motivation to continuously improve own and team performance.
- Language skills English and/or German written and orally
- Enjoy doing teamwork in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills
