YOUR JOB
- Maintaining our knowledge base and preparing internal PowerPoint presentations as well as providing updates on business-relevant documents within the International Buying department
- Monitoring updates from IT and user consulting within the International Buying department to drive future work
- Collaborating across many ALDI teams and countries to devise and implement ALDI’s internal communications strategy
- Creating and coordinating international content and ensure knowledge transfer
- Developing user guidelines for internal communication channels
- Monitoring communications trends and continuously updating methods, processes, tools and ways of working
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience in corporate communications in the field of internal relations and internal employee communication
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic expertise to engage with employees in order to source stories in the English language
- Strong attention to detail and experience developing communication content for a variety of audiences using multiple channels
- Strong methodological and conceptual skills and the ability to simplify complex information for a variety of audiences
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) and proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stay flexible, agile, organised and multi-task efficiently with a can-do attitude
