VIE CIB COVERAGE, CORPORATE LENDING ADVISORY - FRANKFURT, M/F (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : V_CIBGB_0122) **VIE** CIB Coverage, Corporate Lending Advisory**: - Frankfurt, M/F** **Your daily routine ?** CLA aims to promote the BNP Paribas franchise and broaden our relationships vis-à-vis corporate clients by offering and executing loan-based solutions as well as by interacting with and bringing in other métiers within CIB. In line with the mission of Corporate Lending Advisory, the job consists of supporting and complementing Coverage in its marketing and origination efforts in the field of loan structuring and to develop risk-adequate and competitive solutions. 1. Credit Analysis & Marketing You will support CLA team members in marketing and pitching activities re-lending and bilateral or syndicated facilities, capital structure analysis for pre-defined workstreams. You will help analyze credit profiles supported by financial modelling, including ratings agencies adjustments. You will prepare pitch presentations for internal and external purposes (in PowerPoint). You will assist in regular exchanges with RM’s with regard to individual clients, lending strategy, debt maturities, etc. 2. Execution You will learn how loan product, credit process etc work. You will help prepare respective materials, and interact within the deal team, as well as with other teams within or outside the Bank, to the extent relevant. You will help prepare questionnaires, due diligence Q&A meetings with clients or their advisors, review and analyze due diligence material. You will prepare termsheets for bank financings, within scope of CLA. 3. Internal coordination credit process You will learn how to coordinate internal stakeholders for pitches, e.g. Ratings Advisory, Loan or Bond Syndicate or other _métiers_, credit processes or special projects within CLA. You will interact closely with Relationship Managers and Credit Analysis with regard to credit committees and credit memos. You will help and support special projects : e.g. Marketing Letters, Insurance of CLB, Sustainable Finance. **The working environment is important ** CLA loan structuring activities include marketing, advisory and execution of bilateral or syndicated facilities for corporate clients but also cooperation with internal stakeholders e.g. Coverage, Credit Analysis, Risk, other métiers. You will be part of a small team (4 FTE) with very much a hands-on approach. We are based in Frankfurt. We look after all loan - and lending related situations within Corporate Coverage for Large and Midcap Corporates and Sustainable Finance.
