Key Responsibilities.

Outbound Management.

Oversee daily outbound operations including order picking, packing and shipping. Ensure all outbound operations comply with company policies and industry standards. Develops and implements outbound operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Inbound Management: Oversee daily inbound operations, including receiving and shipping.

Oversee daily inbound operations including receiving, inspection and storage. Ensure that all inbound operations comply with company policies and industry standards. Develops and implements inbound operational procedures to improve efficiency.

Personnel Management.

Recruit, train and supervise outbound warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and team building activities. Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Order Processing.

Ensure that all orders are shipped on time and accurately. Handle any anomalies and issues that arise during the outbound process, develop and implement improvements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth outbound process.

Customer Satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues and complaints during the outbound process in a timely manner. Collect and analyze customer feedback on a regular basis to continuously improve the quality of outbound service.

Position Requirements.

Educational Background.

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management or related majors.

Work Experience.

More than 3 years warehouse management experience, experience in third party logistics warehouse is preferred. Excellent people management and leadership skills.

Skills Required.

Familiar with warehouse management system and office software, especially Excel.Good communication and coordination skills, able to solve problems effectively. Fluent in English is preferred.

Pay: 50.000,00€ - 70.000,00€ per year
