We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our "Data Science Pricing" squad in Logistics on our journey to deliver amazing experiences. Pricing is one of the most impactful levers in our business—and you’ll be shaping how it works across dozens of markets and millions of customers. In this role, you’ll tackle a wide range of pricing-related challenges—from developing intelligent pricing algorithms to advancing our experimentation techniques. You will support other Data Scientists in delivering high-quality solutions, challenge assumptions, and help raise the bar for data science practices across our teams. As a Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable machine learning services deployed globally. Your mission: - Design and implement automation and experimentation algorithms for pricing, from conception to production. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and translate business needs into data science solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest research and suggest state-of-the-art models to improve customer outcomes. - Grow your skills and impact while helping solve meaningful, large-scale data problems. - Most importantly: You’re excited to build global systems affecting millions of customers, and you continuously drive for excellence. **Qualifications** - Solid statistical skills—you’re confident with fundamentals and first-principles thinking in statistics and machine learning theory. - Strong engineering background—you write clean, maintainable Python code and SQL queries, following best practices for production systems. - Expertise in at least one relevant domain (e.g., causal inference, time series, Bayesian methods, neural networks, NLP/LLM, ranking/matching, advanced experimentation). - Thoughtful approach—you challenge assumptions and care deeply about working with clean, trustworthy data. - Experience in a business environment where you developed a solid business understanding. - Clear communicator—you can distill complex requirements from many stakeholders into a clear, MVP-ready direction. - You value agile processes, data-driven development, reliability, and rigorous experimentation. **Nice to have**: - Experience in pricing or food delivery business. **Additional Information** Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
