In a nutshell
The internship gives an insight into the brand design activities of Design Hotels with a focus on brand strategy and design, as well as content and event production.
- Opening: February / March 2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: EUR 1000 / month
- The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the Editorial team and Project Management: support in communication with involved creative teams, making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines
- Scheduling, planning, and documentation of internal and external meetings
- Preparation of presentations
- Support in managing Design Hotels’ Media Database: sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels; direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process
- Assisting with image selection and creation of first layout drafts for presentations and internal documents
- Supporting the team in visual research and working closely with Design to help bring concepts to life

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Keynote, Canva and Adobe
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
