Your role in the Team

As an SEO Executive, you will be tasked with optimizing our website to enhance its visibility in search engine results. This role involves a combination of creative and technical skills, aimed at increasing web traffic and elevating our brand's online presence with the ultimate KPI of delivering commercial returns.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Strategy Implementation: Execute and refine SEO strategies for content, keywords, backlinks, etc., aligning with business objectives.
- SEO content delivery management: Owning the end-to-end delivery of SEO contents, in partnership with internal and external stakeholder
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content, incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on the website's traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed on the technical front.
- Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.

What you’ll need for this role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and German, Italian as a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Google Analytics or other SEO-related fields.
- Experience with web development or web design.
- Experience in trading/finance industry
