**My duties**
- Developing as well as implementing recruitment strategies for our job postings
- Build a national structure and scalable processes for administrative and HR related topics
- Assist in the development of the internal talent process
- Build and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Creating as well as maintaining data reports and performance metrics

**My qualifications**
- University Degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology or comparable
- Professional experience in recruitment/coordination in the automotive, retail sectors
- Ability to build trusting and lasting working relationships
- Excellent ability to support applicants as well as Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure a first class applicant experience
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Good knowledge of employer branding
- Experience of working with SAP Success Factors is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
