We are seeking for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) in
- ** KWS Berlin GmbH **for the next possible date a
- **Financial Management and Treasury Accountant (M/F/d)**. Working with the Expert Hub and other General Ledger Teams, you will focus on executing payments, clearings, manual bookings, monitor limits and execute reconciliations. Tasks for closing activities involve executing local closing according to IFRS and LOCAL-GAAP like bank postings. The position is
- **permanent **and available on a
- **full-time (40 hours/week) **or
- **part-time basis (30 hours/week)**.**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for all payments (automatic and manual) of the respective companies
- Bank reconciliation (Ensure proper booking of all incoming and outgoing payments)
- Central bank reporting
- Monitoring the cash flows and liquidity
- Proactively identifying service delivery issues and taking appropriate action
- Bank account administration
- Support in process optimization initiatives

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in Business Administration or in a comparable field
- Professional experience in Treasury or Cash Management
- Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions
- Analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
- Extraordinary service attitude and the ability to work in a team in an international environment
