This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, deliver impactful reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.You’ll be responsible for:Leading and administering the Treasury Management SystemManaging treasury-related projects across the organisationImproving processes and enhancing operational efficiencyCreating meaningful reporting and analytics for treasury and wider teamsSupporting liquidity management, cash forecasting and payment flowsOverseeing bank account administration, user permissions and compliance (KYC/FATCA)Collaborating with directors and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives🎯 What We’re Looking ForStrong experience implementing and managing a TMSProven project management skillsTreasury background in fintech or payments (c. 3–5 years)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently and driving initiatives forwardStrong communication skills in English and GermanTech-savvy-familiar with tools like SAP S/4Hana, SharePoint, MTeams
