About the Job

We’re looking for a Head of Analytics to join our Data & Analytics team and support us in further elevating data maturity in Project A’s investment portfolio & beyond. Help us turn our data assets into real business impact.

In your day-to-day work you will be responsible for the acquisition & supervision of challenging Data & Analytics projects across a variety of industries, company sizes & data maturity levels. On top of that you will receive the opportunity to further develop our Analytics team, a group of gifted business & data analysts that put real business value above everything else.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Accelerate career development within our Analytics team
- Close the “business gap” by ensuring our solutions are aligned to business strategy, well adopted, and used as intended by stakeholders & end-users
- Support senior stakeholders in identifying the role of Data & Analytics in their business through strategy work
- Supervise & operationally lead a multitude of complex projects
- Become essential in building out further one of Europe’s “most capable Data and Analytics teams” (quote not by us)

Your Profile
- First experience in leading a team or mentoring junior colleagues
- Growth mindset with a passion to know more tomorrow than yesterday
- High level of coachability, flexibility and cooperation
- A stellar level of Emotional Intelligence is essential
- Enthusiasm to work with all kinds of companies; from startups to corporates
- Well-versed in the “Modern Data Stack”- architecture, data analyses with strong focus & expertise in business enablement
- Good understanding of the different roles & profiles along the data lifecycle
- Fluency in English and German

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
