Your role as Head of Analytics...*
As the Head of Data Analytics at BuildingMinds, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data strategies, including the management and analysis of data sets, definition of data products, data visualization, and the creation of data-driven insights to support our customers business goals and objectives.

In detail you will *
- Effectively lead, and directly manage the analytics team
- Hire, train, and empower data analysts, engineers and scientists, act as a sparring partner and support them on their growth journey
- Define overall data analytics strategy and roadmap, considering diverse business goals
- Set technical standards / tools to implement the strategy in a scalable, cost-effective manner
- Define and create a scalable data analytics architecture and infrastructure
- Lead the team towards improvements in the analytical landscape together with our data platform and analytics platform teams
- Develop data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and analyses, to distribute compelling data insights in an easily digestible manner
- Institutionalize customer analytics in business processes, both strategic and tactical
- Champion the use of data to solve business problems
- Partner with the rest of the leadership team to build BuildingMinds’ company strategy

**We would like to hear from you if you**
- Master ‘s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Advanced degree in Data Science or related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data management
- Knowledge of relevant tools, systems and solution components in the data field (big data, data warehousing solutions, visualization environments)
- Proven experience in data visualization and data-driven insights
- Experience with data mesh, self-service analytics, and semantic data modeling
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of data professionals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in real estate data and related technologies is a plus.
