Our ERP Transformation department in Heidelberg is looking for a Working Student (f/m/d).

**Your next challenge**:

- Support in Project Planning Updates incl. overall project plan, schedule, activities, resources, etc. Working closely together with Project PMO / PM
- Update of Jira project planning and project tasks in Jira
- Tracking and control of project tasks in Jira
- Maintenance and control of time recording / time sheets in Jira
- Keeping project documentation organized and structured in Confluence
- Support in Update of project presentations and project status report
- Support in project risk management
- Support in project meetings organization, meeting documents and meeting minutes
- Sending out information messages or reminders to the project team

**Your profile**:

- Student in 3+ Semester with student content related to IT / Business Administration
- Skilled user of MS Office Suite (MS 365)
- Optional, initial experience with Jira or other product/ project management tools
- Fluent in English
- Excellent time management
- Accurate in the performance of the tasks assigned
