We are looking for a **(Senior) Associate, M&A, (all genders)** to join the Strategy team on our journey always to deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- Support in the overall project management incl. coordination of advisors of high-profile M&A transactions
- Independently manage commercial due diligence and documentation review activities
- Prepare business cases, and models, analyze key business drivers and present M&A transactions to the management board
- Support fundraising activities
- Support post-merger integration and proactively kick off and supervise commercial initiatives with senior management and executive teams
- Support senior management in the development of the Delivery Hero strategy, ad hoc reports, business cases and other critical topics

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have around 3 years of prior experience in Investment Banking, the transactional services arm of Big4 focusing on M&A advisory activities, Venture Capital or Private Equity
- You studied Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a Business-related degree (preferably a Master’s degree from a tier-1 business or engineering school)
- You are highly motivated and communicative and very pragmatic
- You are comfortable with an extremely dynamic, fast-moving, high pressure and entrepreneurial environment taking on responsibilities early on
- You are a strong team player thanks to your social flexibility and natural communication talent
- You are fluent in English
