**Senior Associate (M/F/d) Strategy and M&A at Bertelsmann Education Group**

**Your tasks**
As Senior Associate (m/w/d) Strategy and M&A based in Berlin, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Supporting the Strategy team in M&A activities (from origination to post-merger integration)
- Proposing new investment targets and screening inbound deal-flow
- Preparing financial models and conducting other data based quantitative analyses
- Leading strategic projects in collaboration with portfolio companies’ management, building and maintaining relationships with all key partners and stakeholders
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for Management and Boards
**Your profile**
You completed your studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree program with very good marks. Your personal profile is rounded out with:
- First work experience (e.g. through internships), ideally in management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role in large organizations
- Experience in the areas of market analysis, financial analysis and modeling
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented working method
- Proven passion for helping grow companies and strong project management skills
- International experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
