**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
▪ Coordinate and manage daily Value-Added Service & Kitting activities in the European Logistics Centre

▪ Train & lead team members in the operational area

▪ Onboarding and training of new personal within the area

▪ Review & ensure output quality

▪ Align area capacity and forecast with Logistics & Supply Planning Team

▪ Enhance & maintain process documentation like packaging instructions

▪ Optimize throughput within the area

▪ Reporting of relevant KPIs

▪ Support implementation of new VAS services including ramp up of new product ranges

▪ Continuous Improvement approach inclusive cleanliness and 5S in responsible area

▪ Other duties in relevant field as assigned

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
▪ Preferably first professional experience in the field of logistics (service provider or industry)

▪ Willingness and motivation to drive change and maintain the competitive edge of the company in the fields of logistics

▪ Willingness to manage end-to-end projects in logistics - from order entry to customer delivery

▪ Fluent verbal and written German and English essential, another European language is appreciated

▪ Proficient or advanced knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel

▪ Proficient or advanced knowledge of SAP SD /WM/MM
