Apryl is a fertility benefits platform that helps employers attract & retain top talent while tackling diversity & inclusion. With Apryl, companies can support their employees with fertility and family planning benefits - including consultation, access to clinics, and treatments (i.e. egg freezing or IVF) or adoption - subsidized by the company, but safe and confidential. Tasks

Apryl is looking for a Member Care Expert (working student) to join our team to support our existing members and clinic relationships, and the expansion of clients in coming months. Our Member Care team is the voice of Apryl, helping both service providers and patients navigate digital care. As a Member Care Expert, you love helping people in their times of need We believe member experience is one of the most important and essential roles in the company. You will learn the ins and outs of the product, operations, treatments, services and the needs of the customer.
- Provide ongoing case management and facilitate urgent care requests
- Empathetically support the members throughout their whole journey by building a strong relationship
- Keep the Apryl databases up-to-date by running regular research cycles (updating country and clinic information)
- Relay customer insights to support product development

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, ideally from previous customer care roles
- Ideally a background in health care or human services
- You love to get things done while staying organised
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics & knowledge
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service while remaining calm, flexible and invested in the user's journey
- Empathy for patients and devotion to work with discretion as you would be working with sensitive data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ideally experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in the topics diversity & inclusion, fertility & family forming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good general communication skills in Hebrew; any other additional languages are a plus
- Able to work with us at least 20 hours per week
- Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office: Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
