Working Student Relationship Management

**Team**:
We are a large diverse relationship management team that manage and are the direct communication lines to our live banks.
Our team helps grow and expand the bank's performance backed by strong analytics, operations and working students.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a motivated and committed working student for 15 to 20 hours per week.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the relationship managers with their banks requests
- Taking ownership of daily operational tasks and manage them efficiently to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and product configurations
- Developing a strong understanding of our partners, systems and reporting.
- Develop a strong understanding of our partner banks
- Analyzing and prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders, both internal and external.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Highly service-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in financial topics and markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Miro, Confluence.
- WordPress proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in banking, finance, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient English and French, Italian or German language skills
- Happy to work from our Berlin office.
