The successful candidate will provide account management and client support to ensure publishers receive the highest level of service and partnership.This role offers a great opportunity to learn more about affiliate marketing – a solid and modern way to monetise online audiences – and gain experience in account management within a supportive and collaborative environment.Provide general support to the Publisher Account Management team for existing client requests and day-to-day operational needsAssist in onboarding new publishers to ensure a smooth integration onto our platformSupport with account management tasks, including updating client information, preparing reports, and assisting with performance reviewsLiaise with internal teams such as the Merchant Team to ensure seamless delivery of services to publishersConduct market and competitor research to gather insights and support strategic decision-makingHelp with the preparation of client presentations and communication materials when requiredYour Profile:Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldStrong interest in digital advertising, online publishing, and client relationship managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindsetHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectivelyProficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Fluent in English, both written and spokenYour Opportunity:Take an active role in shaping an innovative, growth-oriented international corporate group from its early stages, becoming an essential part of our successGain valuable hands-on experience in account management and client support in the digital marketing industryWork independently with flexible hours in a young, ambitious, and friendly team that values collaboration and continuous developmentTake your skills, talents, and career to the next level as you grow with usAbout usA global champion for Commerce Advertising with the vibrant energy of a start-up?
