**Your Impact**
Support product compliance tasks as a **Specialist Product Compliance (M/F/d)** with a focus on documentation, audit readiness, and operational processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the interpretation of legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical product compliance needs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to embed compliance early in the product lifecycle.
- Assist with regulatory initiatives, including AI Act, GDPR, the Data Act, and sector-specific standards.
- Track trends in regulatory tech and help assess their impact on our products.
- Engage with prospects and customers on product-related compliance topics.
- Help maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance documentation in close coordination with Legal and Product Management.
**Key Requirements**
- Degree in computer science, law, business informatics, information security, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, product compliance, or related areas (e.g., regulatory tech).
- Understanding of SaaS product development and related compliance challenges.
- Precise, reliable, and process-driven working style.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
