Web Product Implementation Specialist

For this particular position, we are working with the highest ranking Online Marketing company in the world to find a **German Web Product Implementation Specialist**.

**This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal. Relocation package is included.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Verifying the implementation of web-based products with customers
- Offering guidance and support to customers on how to use the products
- Running technical and end-user training
- Delivering high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures

**Key Skills**:

- Confident communicator
- Good computer skills
- Experience in Technical Support

**Job Requirements**:

- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- High level of English (minimum B2 Level)
- Minimum education - High School Diploma
