Are you a passionate Director of Sales professional looking to make your mark in the hospitality industry?
I am seeking a talented Director of Sales to join our vibrant team hotel team in Munich
In this exciting role, you'll:
- Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Negotiate and close corporate and event contracts
- Represent our hotel at trade shows and workshops
- Plan and execute sales trips and familiarization tours
- Support event sales with inquiries and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Maintain customer data in our CRM system
- Develop and implement sales action plans
- Train and onboard new team members and apprentices
- Fluent German and English skills
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of German and international markets
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude
- Initial experience in team leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid Class B driver's license
- **Experience with Delphi.fdc is a plus**
