**What do you contribute?**
- You will implement our global channel strategy and the positioning of Siemens Mobility GmbH based on it on social media and develop digital communication campaigns around the topics of digitalization and sustainability in rail transport.
- In doing so, you will translate the core messages from the business units into social media-appropriate formats. To do this, you will work closely with agencies and colleagues (f/m/d) from the business units and countries.
- You will steer our community management and plan creative measures to continuously expand our B2B2C target groups.
- Your task will be to inspire our followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube through emotional storytelling and to continuously develop our channels.
- You will take responsibility for the production of various content formats, thereby increasing engagement and loyalty to the Siemens brand.
- In addition, you will take overall responsibility for our Paid Social activities: for example, you will set meaningful targets and KPIs for global and regional campaigns or monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication measures.
- You will also support the process of topic identification and agenda development by (social) media listening, monitoring and interpreting outside-in perspectives.

**What do you bring along?**
- You have a degree in communications, marketing, business administration or comparable and have several years of professional experience.
- The creative design of social media channels is in your DNA.
- In particular, you have brand & digital content marketing expertise; while bringing the necessary love for storytelling and people communication.
- You are creative and enjoy developing new concepts that go beyond what is already known and take communication to a new level.
- In addition, you have a very good understanding of how to collaborate in global, functional teams while also being assertive enough to move your issues forward.
- If you already have Sprinklr knowledge, this would be an advantage.
- You have business fluent English (written and spoken) and bring willingness to travel (~30%).
