**Your new role '“ challenging and future-oriented**
- You will take on a pivotal role to own and execute the overarching social media strategy and social brand positioning of Siemens Mobility.
- Also, you will develop social media storylines to increase engagement with our community: we have beautiful trains, incredible technology, a wonderful vision '“ you build the winning strategy to communicate this.
- In addition, you will become a crucial sparring partner (f/m/d) with our business colleagues from around the world to make our content succeed on social media.
- You will lead and guide agencies to develop compelling social media stories and campaigns to entertain and engage with our community.
- You will create videos, photographs and graphics to make events, announcements and stories engaging and within budget.
- Next to this, you will balance commercial and audience priorities, using data, insights and algorithm expertise to consistently improve content and channel development.
- Also, you will become the in-house social media expert (f/m/d), ensuring that you keep abreast of latest trends, platforms and features to share and inform the wider team.

**Your qualifications '“ solid and appropriate**
- You have a degree in communication sciences, marketing, business administration or comparable and several years of solid professional experience.
- You have brand, digital and creative content marketing expertise and a passion for storytelling and people communication.
- You have a very good understanding of how to work together in global, functional teams, while also having the drive to push your ideas forward.
- Knowledge and experience of mobility, transportation, sustainability would be a benefit.
- You have native English skills (other languages are an advantage) and are willing to travel (approx. 30%).
