Für unseren Kunden eine globalen Investmentbank suchen wir einen Associate (m/w/d) um das sehr erfolgreiche Team in Frankfurt zu verstärken

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Durchführung von M&A- und ECM-Transaktionen, einschließlich der Koordination von Projektteams - auch international, bei grenzüberschreitenden Deals und Public M&A.
- Professionelle Beratung unserer Kunden während der gesamten Transaktionsphase, sowohl inhouse als auch vor Ort.
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von Projekten, inklusive der Durchführung und Auswertung umfassender Markt
- und Branchenanalysen, Unternehmensbewertungen und -recherchen.
- Direkte Ansprache potenzieller Investoren, Initiierung von Kontakten, Präsentation von Investitionsmöglichkeiten sowie das Management von NDAs und Investorendokumenten.
- Fachliche Anleitung und Weiterbildung von Analysten im Team.

**Gesuchtes Profil**:

- 2 bis 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, ECM oder Corporate Finance, vorzugsweise in einer Investmentbank, einer Corporate-Finance-Beratung oder einer Unternehmensberatung.
- Hervorragender akademischer Hintergrund.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
