We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Investment Banking Associate to join our clients' team in Frankfurt. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and executing complex financial transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients to provide strategic advice and deliver tailored financial solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
- Perform due diligence and industry research to support client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the investment banking industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and German.
