Senior Specialist HR Communication

As Senior Specialist for HR Communication & Marketing - External Relations, you will represent and promote Infineon’s Human Resources activities through different communication channels towards our internal and primary external target audiences. This involves supporting our Global Head of Human Resources/CHRO with content and activities as well as communicating HR topics in a harmonized way via defined channels.

In your new role you will:

- **Create and maintain an external & public relations communication concept for Human Resources **and **safeguard the corresponding governance framework**:

- **Create, plan and coordinate external HR relation activities to establish a network within the corporate and political landscape **in close alignment with the relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. acatech, Allianz der Chancen, DAX40,)
- **Prepare external exchange meetings or discussion **, define our Infineon standpoint and connect within and outside HR and Infineon
- **Prepare investor requests and materials with a focus on people topics **, including an annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting
- **Elaboration and coordination of the annual HR Report **across different HR pillars
- **Support our global, annual HR Conference **as the kick-off for the respective Fiscal Year
- **Grow your own scope, bring in new ideas and participate in special projects**

You have the passion and courage to develop new and creative ideas. Furthermore, you enjoy breaking-down complex people topics into target-group oriented messages. If you are used to communicate and to team-up with a broad range of stakeholders, then you would be a great asset to our team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Business Studies, Communications, Marketing or Social Sciences**:

- At least **3-5 years of professional experience either working in Communications, Public Policy, Marketing or Human Resources **with a high affinity for the combination of those areas
- **Proven experience in creation of position papers **and **professional documents representing the company externally**:

- **Very good communication skills**:

- **Fluent English and German skills**
