**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Chief of Staff (associate level) with a strong operational focus to join our team. In this critical role, you will work closely with the Founder and the CEO of the holding, acting as a key partner in driving the strategic and operational priorities of the portfolio companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that internal projects are completed on time, commitments are met, and initiatives are effectively followed up on. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and scaling multiple business models from the ground up. As someone supporting the Founder and the CEO of the group, the speed and efficiency generated will be the role's key KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Execution**:

- Oversee the timely completion of internal projects across various portfolio companies, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress, and proactively addressing any delays or roadblocks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of operational goals.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist the Founder and CEO in driving strategic and operational initiatives, providing hands-on support in their execution, keeping their schedules free of as many topics as possible.
- Support the coordination and performance monitoring of Sales teams and actively discover missing elements or needs for better business development.
- Ensure that commitments made by the leadership teams of the portfolio companies are delivered, with regular follow-ups and status updates.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Support the monitoring and operations of the different investment vehicles.

**Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the Founder/Owner and CEO as required.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Support the Founder and the CEO in developing and refining business strategies for portfolio companies.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of plans for scaling businesses and preparing them for future funding rounds.

**Learning & Development**:

- Gain comprehensive insights into building and scaling technology-driven business models.
- Learn the intricacies of managing multiple companies simultaneously, from inception to growth and fundraising.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA from a top-tier school is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong track record of delivering on time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly within AI, data services, or product companies, is highly desirable.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to bring extra energy and an uncompromising mindset to get things done faster.
