For more information, please click here Description FLOCERT is looking for a senior growth leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role you will drive the development and commercialisation of new and existing services, strengthen client and stakeholder relations and build the organisationâs capability to design market-ready offerings beyond the Fairtrade core. Your responsibilitiesLead Business Development across global markets and segmentsDevelop and implement a market-driven growth strategy for certification-related and adjacent servicesLead end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-marketActively contribute to early-stage product design and prototyping where necessaryEstablish a clear prioritisation logic and ROI discipline for new opportunitiesBuild commercial and product literacy within BD teams through coaching and directionMaintain and expand senior relationships with clients, Fairtrade stakeholders and partnersRepresent FLOCERT externally in strategic negotiations and alliancesEnsure close alignment with Operations for successful market deliveryYour qualifications, experience and skillsMasterâs degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similarSeveral years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles - ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industriesRecognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or researchStrong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environmentsAbility to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teamsExcellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset)What we offerPurpose-driven international environment with direct strategic impactHybrid work model with primary presence in BonnCulture of transparency, trust and autonomyAttractive compensation package incl. pension schemeOpportunity to shape new services and markets in a highly recognised organisationHow to apply Click on the lower button âAPPLY NOWâ and submit your complete application documents (motivation letter, CV, reference letters) in English.
