**Intern Data Analytics - Cyber Actuarial Services **(M/F/d)**:

The department CU1.3 (“CU Cyber”) bundles cyber insurance expertise in order to efficiently support the business units in writing profitable cyber insurance and developing new fields of cyber business. It holds the risk management function for this respective line of business. Responsibilities include assessing accumulation potentials, maintaining portfolio transparency, developing underwriting tools and standards, and driving projects on cyber innovation and investments.

To strengthen the unit’s cyber data analytics & underwriting support team, we are looking for an intern to further promote the Cyber Data Project. This Initiative aims for building up a MR proprietary cyber database consisting of both internal data and external sources to support the strategic growth of our cyber (re-)insurance business and potentially develop new business models beyond insurance.

Your job
- Processing of internal cyber exposure and claims data with our existing data pipeline
- Close exchange with cyber underwriters and claims managers to discuss data issues and needs and ensure high quality of the processed data
- Supporting further enhancement and automation of our technical pipeline for data processing. This includes tasks in our SQL database and programming in R
- Creation and enhancements of Power BI dashboards

**Profile**:

- University studies in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science or similar
- Advanced programming skills (e.g. R, Python,Java,...)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) would be an advantage
- Very good command of English
