- Entwicklung von Projektrechten zum Bau von PV-Anlagen,
- Bau von Photovoltaik-Kraftwerken (EPC Engineering Procurement & Construction),
- Kraftwerkswartung (O&M Operations & Maintenance),
- unabhängige Produktion von grünem Strom (IPP Independent Power Producer).

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Photovoltaikprojekten:

- Identifizierung und Evaluierung von PV-Standorten
- Verhandlung von Pacht-, Nutzungs-, Gestattungs
- und städtebaulichen Verträgen mit Grundstückseigentümern und Behörden
- Durchführung des gesamten Genehmigungsprozesses (B-Plan-Aufstellung, Flächennutzungsplanänderung) bis zur Baugenehmigung
- Vorbereitung und selbstständige Präsentation bei Gemeinderatssitzungen und vor anderen Gremien
- Bearbeitung und Erstellung von sämtlichen Genehmigungs
- und Projektunterlagen
- Koordination der technischen Ausführungsplanung
- Auswahl, Beauftragung und Koordination von Dienstleistern (z.B. Planer, Gutachter)
- Koordination unserer externen Flächensicherer und Vorentwicklern
- Erstellung von Projektplänen sowie die Steuerung der Projekte im Hinblick auf Termin
- und Kostenkontrolle
- Erstellung aller nötigen Unterlagen für die Teilnahme an Ausschreibungsverfahren der Bundesnetzagentur
- Beantragung und Planung des Netzanschlusses

Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektentwicklung von PV-Freiflächenanlagen (Akquise, Leitung, Planung, Genehmigung und Realisierung)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem, planerischen oder geographischem Hintergrund
- Technisches und juristisches Grundverständnis sowie Enthusiasmus für Erneuerbare Energien
- Kommunikations
- und verhandlungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber den verschiedenen involvierten Parteien wie Grundstückseigentümern, Gemeindevertretern, Behörden und Investoren
- Fähigkeit flexibel und schnell auf wechselnde Problemstellungen reagieren
- Eigenmotiviertes, strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Umsetzen der Projekte und Maßnahmen
- Erfahrung mit Planung des Netzanschlusses / Netzanfragen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungsverfahren der Bundesnetzagentur von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und GIS
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
