Position: Sales & Marketing Agent
Location: Berlin, Germany OR Remote, Germany
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary & incentives.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review and conduct marketing campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor their success
- Analyse campaign trends and report on any challenging developments as early as possible
- Drive most favourable and appropriate product adoption to optimise clients' experience
- Provide high-quality pre & post-sales assistance for all applicable products when possible
- Grow into an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions
- Promote and create success advertisers stories which successfully grew their business by using Social Media Account products
- Lead Advertisers' business to success through an effective use of various communications tools.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both orally and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in the field of marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media
- Full eligibility to work in Germany
- Self-motivated with high levels of work ethics
- Demonstrated analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills
- Outstanding communication, customer service and people skills
- Sales-oriented & entrepreneurial personality with the ability to go above and beyond.
