**About Role**
We are looking for an **Office Admin, EMEA** for our global People and Culture team**.** The location for this role is Berlin and you will report to our People and Culture Director, EMEA in Germany. You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of the office overall administration and management in EMEA.
**Job Responsibility**
- Organizes and coordinates the office overall administration and management;
- Acts as point of contact for external service providers and various office suppliers, such as but not limited to post, shipping and mailing companies, office supplies, consumables and equipment, utilities providers, cleaning companies, etc.;
- Supervises the cleaning process, the construction and maintenance works and the general status of the office, making sure the premises are clean, tidy, safe and properly organized;
- Provides general support and orientation info to the visitors, guests or colleagues from other locations;
- Organizes HR related parties, events or team building activities;
- Prepares the workplace arrangements for the new or transferred employees, - Manages the office-related equipment purchases such as but not limited to laptop, mobile phone and badge;
- Supports remotely the department colleagues from other locations and provides office administrative support and info, when needed, especially regarding office supplies, consumables, travel management and travel expenses;
- Ensures the Health &Safety measures and policies related to the office space are implemented and respected;
- Process the invoices and make sure the payments are done on a timely manner;
- Support to the HR department during onboarding, and others.
- Remote offices support (Hamburg, Munich, Paris, [...]) in the above mentioned areas
**Skill Needed**
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration from business corporations
- Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Great organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, creative and energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent German and English verbal and written skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Solid Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
