**Rollenbeschreibung**:
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Growth BA Resilience im Kund*innenprogramm suchen wir Sie vorzugsweise an den Standorten Darmstadt, Hannover, Hamburg, Berlin aber auch deutschlandweit als Account Leader - Chemische und Pharmazeutische Industrie (w/m/d).

**Rollenverantwortung**:

- Auf-/Ausbau und Pflege von Kund*innenkontakten, Neu-Projektakquise und Generierung von Folgeprojekten im Kund*innensektor Chemische
- und Pharmazeutische Industrie.
- Aktive Kund*innenbetreuung sowie Aufbau von strategischen Kund*innenpartnerschaften, inklusive der Weiterentwicklung von Projekten sowie der Entwicklung von kund*innenorientierten Lösungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit / Projektsteuerung
- Unterstützung sowie Leitung von Angebotsprozessen, einschließlich Begleitung der Kalkulation der Projektbudgets sowie Betreuung der Verhandlungen als Schnittstelle zu den Kund*innen
- Begleitung laufender Projekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung
- Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten entsprechend der eigenen persönlichen Fachdisziplin, bevorzugt auch als Projektleiter bei strategisch wichtigen Kund*innen
- Teilnahme an Fach
- und Branchenkonferenzen als Teilnehmer*in und / oder Redner*in / Panel-Teilnehmer*in
- Erstellung von Fachbeiträgen zur Veröffentlichung in Social Media, Online
- und Printmedien sowie der Arcadis Webseite
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Kolleg*innen und relevanten Ansprechpartner*innen internationaler Arcadis-Einheiten

**Qualifikationen & Erfahrung**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium
- Schnelles Erfassen komplexer Zusammenhänge
- Gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im Inland
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, bestenfalls von Dienst
- und Beratungsleistungen, wünschenswert
- Eigene Beratungserfahrung in relevanten Branchenthemen
- Ideal sind auch vertiefte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, besonders willkommen sind Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Chemie, Life Sciences und Pharma durch entsprechende Tätigkeit in dieser Branche
- Uns sind sowohl Young Professionals, als auch Personen mit Berufserfahrung willkommen
