Are you a creative individual with a passion for graphic design and an eye for detail? Are you ready to contribute to a wonderful product that empowers designers worldwide? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design Assistant to join our creative team on a full-time contract basis (EU residence). As part of our growing design tool company, you will play a vital role in adding files to our website, storing files and data, and creating graphic assets that adhere to our design guidelines and pre-made templates. Main
**Life as a Design Assistant** **:
- Adding files to the website: You will be responsible for uploading and organizing design files onto our platform, ensuring they are appropriately categorized and easily accessible for our users. This task will account for approximately 70% of your workload.
- Storing files and data: You will manage and maintain our design asset library, ensuring files are stored securely and efficiently. This aspect of the role will comprise approximately 10% of your workload.
- Design graphic assets using guidelines and pre-made templates: Leveraging your basic understanding of graphic design and experience with professional design tools, you will assist in creating visually stunning graphic assets that align with our design guidelines and leverage pre-made templates. This will encompass approximately 20% of your workload.
**Requirements**:
- Basic Understanding of Graphic Design: You should possess a foundational understanding of graphic design principles, such as color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience with Professional Design Tools: Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other industry-standard design tools is essential.
- Attentiveness: A keen eye for detail is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the design assets you create and upload to our platform (practical design experience is beneficial but no essential).
- Adaptability and Readiness for Monotonous Work: While the role may involve repetitive tasks, it is important to approach them with dedication and enthusiasm, understanding their significance in contributing to our product’s success.
- Communicative Skills: As a part of our creative team, effective communication skills are vital in collaborating with team members and ensuring seamless coordination.
