**Die Rolle**

Plentific sucht einen Director of Contractor Management in Deutschland. Diese Rolle wird direkt an den globalen Leiter des Marktplatzes berichten.

Diese Position ist ein entscheidender Teil unserer globalen Expansion und konzentriert sich auf das gesamte Marktplatz-Ökosystem für Auftragnehmer in Deutschland, indem Du ein Team von Auftragnehmer-Akquisiteuren und Account Managern leitest. Unser Marktplatz für Auftragnehmer bildet das Rückgrat unseres Geschäfts. Wir sind uns darüber im Klaren, dass eine verlässliche und gut geführte Auftragnehmer-Lieferkette für Plentific von entscheidender Bedeutung ist, um seine Wachstumsziele zu erreichen, die Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden zu verbessern und eine bessere Gesamterfahrung für alle Beteiligten zu schaffen. Wir stehen in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit unseren Vertragspartnern, sei es bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, bei der Anmeldung und beim Onboarding, beim Account Management, beim technischen Support oder bei Produktverbesserungen und allem, was dazwischen liegt. Als Director of Contractor Management, hilfst Du dabei, ein Team von Contractor Acquisition Managern / BDMs und Contractor Success Managern aufzubauen und zu leiten. Dabei zeigst Du ein hohes Maß an Führungsstärke und Eigeninitiative mit einem sympathischen Ansatz zur Förderung der Teamleistung. Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Erfüllung von Leistungskennzahlen und KPIs, bist leidenschaftlich engagiert und verantwortlich für die Leistung Deines Teams bei der Gewinnung von Auftragnehmern für unser nationales Netzwerk und die Nutzung der Plentific-Plattform für das Workflow-Management.

In dieser Funktion musst Du Dich auf Dein Team (einschließlich Rekrutierung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -bindung) und Deine Pipeline (Wachstum, Qualität und lineare Entwicklung) konzentrieren und Dich eng mit unseren globalen Teams für das Management von Auftragnehmern abstimmen, um unser Geschäft schneller zu vergrößern.

- Du musst in Berlin oder in der Nähe wohnen
- Du musst fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und in der Lage sein, zu kommunizieren, zu verhandeln, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Stakeholder auf Direktoren
- bzw. Geschäftsführerebene zu managen, sowohl intern als auch in einem kundenorientierten Umfeld (sowohl Auftragnehmer als auch Kunden); dies beinhaltet oft auch die Mitwirkung an Verkaufsgesprächen und Geschäftsverhandlungen.

- Du berichtest an den Global Head of Marketplace und leitest das strategische Wachstum, das Management, den Zustand und den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Marktplatzes für Auftragnehmer in Deutschland
- Aufbau eines breiten Spektrums an Lösungen für Auftragnehmer zur Unterstützung der Kundenakquise, des Wachstums und des Erfolgs, um die Umsetzung für den DE-Markt zu gewährleisten
- Aufbau und Leitung eines Teams von Fachleuten für die Geschäftsentwicklung, die auf alle Arten von Bauunternehmen abzielen (z. B. HLK, Sanitär
