Seit 2021 gehört das Haus zur Marriott International Familie.
Gelegen mitten im Herzen Berlins, zwischen Ku'Damm und Brandenburger Tor, bietet das Hotel, neben 500 Gästezimmern und Suiten, Meeting
- und Konferenzräume für insgesamt bis zu 5.500 Personen und dementsprechend viel Raum für unterschiedlichste Events. Des Weiteren verfügt es über zwei Restaurants und eine Bar für kulinarische Erlebnisse, sowie einem exklusiven Spa

**HELP US TO SHINE**
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien, die den F&B Bereich betreffen (Restaurants, Bars, Room Service und Bankett)
- Du begleitest uns aktiv mit kreativen Ideen für unsere Outlets, um unsere Gäste zu begeistern und die Marke JW Marriott auf dem Berlin Markt zu etablieren
- Dir liegen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards am Herzen und bringst diese unseren KollegInnen aus dem F&B bei, um ein exklusives Gasterlebnis im jedem Outlet bieten zu können
- Du pflegst die enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit allen F&B Outlets, dem Convention Sales Team und der Küche im Zeichen von "OneTeam-OneDream"
- Erstellung sowie Einhaltung des Budgets und Financial Audits bereiten Dir keine Kopfschmerzen
- Du hältst zu jederzeit die Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP ein und arbeitest nach unseren JW Service Guidelines
- Du hast Spaß am Gestalten, Organisieren und Durchführen von großen Events
- Du koordinierst Deine MitarbeiterInnen und unterstützt sie bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung und führst Feedbackgespräche
- Die Zufriedenheit Deiner MitarbeiterInnen und Gäste liegt Dir am Herzen
- Durch Deine innovative Art, stellst Du sicher, dass die Ziele der Abteilungen (Leistungsziele, Budgetziele, Teamziele) erreicht, Kosten gesenkt und Profit maximiert werden
- Aktive Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen, um neue Talente für Dein Team zu finden
- Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen und KundInnen
- Wichtige Informationen und Neuerungen trägst Du an Deine Teams weiter
- Teilnahme an allen relevanten Meetings und Trainings

**SHOW US YOUR TALENTS**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/ Restaurantfach sowie Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe möglich, alternativ auch ein Studium für Hotel-/ Tourismus
- bzw. Culinary Management
- langjährige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie und einem Haus von vergleichbarer Größe oder ähnlicher Position
- Erfahrung in der Renovierung und Neupositionierung von High-End Food & Beverage Konzepten
- Du kennst den Berliner F&B Markt und seine In’s and Out’s - kein Trend geht an Dir vorbei
- Fundierte Kenntnis von Geschäfts
- und Managementprinzipien in den Bereichen strategische Planung, Ressourcenzuteilung, Personalmodellierung, Führungstechniken und Koord
