As one of the top 10 family-owned companies in Germany, we employ around 16, employees in 40 countries. The following challenges await you:We always work in teams with flat hierarchy levels – as part of our project teams, you will consult the leaders of Heraeus' operating companies to realize performance improvements on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, or growth initiatives.During the national and international projects you will conduct interviews, analyze data, develop improvement initiatives & new concepts, and support the implementation activities.Every project is unique as our operating companies are very diverse and operate in dynamic markets (from established market leaders to innovative start-ups).
