Someone ready to stand on the front lines of innovation, breathing life into products that empower large organizations with generative AI: reshaping traditional workflows, unearthing new possibilities across the entire value chain and increasing efficiency. In this central role, you'll be the heart and soul of discovering user needs and transforming them into innovative AI solutions. From customer journey mapping, through solution ideation to rigorous testing and user feedback-powered iterations. As a key player in our team, you'll be collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, AI Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, Project Managers and Business Specialists, all committed to our business goals. Reporting directly to our Director of Product, you will articulate our product narrative convincingly, both internally and to external stakeholders. In essence, you are the heart and brains of our products. This is an invitation to those who are ready to navigate the thrilling landscape of AI and shape its application and experience.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Take ownership of the product and report directly to the Director of Product. Deeply understand customer needs, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas. Lead Product Discovery and Solution Exploration, adhering to Design Thinking principles. Study and enhance user journeys, identify and address customer challenges, and create a streamlined and seamless user experience. Plan the roadmap, build and maintain the backlog, and track progress. Facilitate the SCRUM process ceremonies. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers on prototyping for optimal user experiences. Gather user feedback from prototypes, interviews, analytics, and surveys to validate hypotheses. Coordinate and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions through rapid iterations. Foster internal and external support for the product vision and act as a product advocate, creating awareness and enthusiasm within and outside CHAPTR. Utilize AI technology as part of your workflows. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Unwavering commitment to customers, shaping how you think, act, and innovate. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in successfully developing and launching digital products from scratch and managing them throughout their life cycles. Ability to track progress via KPIs and measure improvements. Ability to guide users through all the phases of the Design Thinking process. Solid hands-on experience in requirements engineering. Exceptional problem-solving skills marked by a proactive approach. Excellent facilitation skills and a penchant for working with diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong interest in close collaboration with engineering teams and keeping pace with the latest AI developments. Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (in English) that enable seamless interaction, understanding, and translation between diverse stakeholders. Comfort with ambiguity, coupled with the ability to create clarity and drive actionable strategies.
